JOBS ARE OFFICIALLY COOL

Hey Everyone!

Today I got the most exciting news of all time! The place I interviewed wants to hire me! I can't fully express how much of a relief this is, but suffice to say that I'm super happy and excited and glad that job hunting is finally over! And Thomas is happy that he won't have to hear me complain about being jobless anymore;]

There hasn't been an 'official' job offer made, but I talked with my contact at the company today and they definitely want to hire me. Funnily enough, I'd been waiting for the call all morning and had figured  just wasn't going to get it. Right when I started brushing my teeth, the phone rang and BAM! Next week we'll be talking details, and after that I'll post more about the job. Until then, I'll keep you waiting...

In other news, my Mom got here today! I picked her up from the airport literally 25 minutes after I got the call about my job. Obviously it was a very happy reunion and we'll be spending the next week relaxing and celebrating the news. The timing could not have been more perfect! Jack was so excited to see her that he cried (like yelp-y/whimpery, not like actual tears)! Cutest.
